Cops improvement needed

At level 2 or even on level 3 heat only 1 one stupid police car chases , No backup , no SUVs , no helicopter , no cops strategic formations . And its really hard to find cops in town . Please do add some more patrolling cops cars , add some more cops in pursuit (backup) , SUVs and helicopter .
I know in real life its really hard to evade even a single cop , but its a game , please add some more cops and make them aggressive , we want some fun 🙂
