CPU load 95 - 100%
Will you do something about it? Can at least notify people? Many have such problems. so buy games from EA sports. How much does DLC with optimization cost?

@x_Ak1504_x my cpu usage is now also better after this tweak it is around 60% but it doesn't affect my fps at all. no matter if I upscale to 200% or choose ultra.. its bouncing between 22 and 30 fps. disgusting.
@DJBassNrg10 You sure you have the correct values for your cpu in the cfg file ? I doubled my fps from 45 to 90... Without fix i got 45fps regardless what graphic setting... I even tried low @ 720p lol ^^
- @x_Ak1504_x I got an i5-6600k without hyperthreading i changed the value in the last row to 4. also tried 8. Maybe it got a few fps better but its hard to compare. I have a RX590 Nitro+ 8GB.. it should be good enough for 60 fps at low..
How do you create a user.cfg file with notepad??? And do I just open file location from the shortcut and put the file there or somewhere else?
I9-9900k oc'd to 4ghz and I'm at 49% cpu with nfs heat running.

I'am facing the issue, that my computer is in NFS Heat not running at 75fps.
The usage of the gpu is below 50% (mis afterburner) and the fps in the menu hits the maximum of 43fps in the menu. In the game 33-35fps max and usage of the gpu is still under 50%.
Vsync is off. I also deinstalled Origin and NFS Heat. Did a regclean and installed new.
No changes. Drivers are up to date. My pc: https://www.sysprofile.de/id50974
Would be great to get some hints.
Forza Horizon 4 is running smooth at 75fps. Other games as well. Only NFS Heat is making probs.
I also tried the user.cfg hack with 6 cores and 12 core settings. No difference when applying the "hack":

im facing the same problem with 30-35 fps max with like 30% gpu usage and 20% cpu.
All updated drivers etc for my 2080ti and Ryzen 9 3900x.
Did anyone find a fix for that problem?
Same problem here, had to refund the game.
4790k and I'm hovering around 55fps in race with low gpu usage. I tried the .cfg file fix with no joy. What a mess. For reference, I can run FH4 at 100-120fps.
