Hi, can you post your dxdiag details?
https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
If you can list the main steps already taken it'll help with not repeating things.
oh boy where do i start ive tried everything run as administrator, change resolution, graphics settings, set affinity's, and priority through task manager, tried to start pc with a clean boot, i gave EA techs my msinfo and DxDiag , verified game integrity, uninstall and re install change the compatibility mode , update drivers and the latest thing was that i completely wiped my entire pc and installed just the game and still nothing what i dont understand is that i can mess in the menu of the game and change settings and stuff but as soon as i try to start a race it loads for one second and then the game just closes , i tried joining a multiplayer match and i joined the lobby and could even talk to people but as soon as it counts down and starts the loading for the race it just closes the game idk if it has something to do with it being on steam and origin but my accounts for both platforms are connected , the only thing ive noticed that when it crashes i had task manager up and right before it closes the game it says suspended in the task manager idk if that info helps but this is a real head scratcher
Thanks, that certainly sounds comprehensive.
Can I check if you tried swapping the game to Windowed and/or a lower resolution as a test?
You mention wiping your PC, did this include a clean reinstall of your graphics card drivers?
yes ive done both , ive tried windowed mode every resolution i could choose and i reinstalled all the latest drivers including my graphic drivers
If you check the Reliability Monitor does it show any critical events?
You can view it by opening the Windows Search bar and typing "view reliability history". You'll likely see some events for NFS11Remastered.exe.
It might just show some generic APPCRASH info, but there might be something more useful there.
