Cross platform question

I originally purchased Most Wanted 2012 for PC... but when i heard about it being "cross platform" I decided to buy it for my Xbox...  I was able to link my xbox account to my origin account.. and i ...

Only think the leveling up is supported for same typ of platforms (more or less) like PS Vita and PS3, could be wrong though.
