Cross-play won’t stay connected

Question

Trying to play NFS heat again on Xbox x with my husband on PS5. Every time we join a party together and start to load in, I get disconnected and I get error code Dr1015. Any idea how I can fix this??

I’ve tried all of this, I can play unbound with him and we have no issues. The problem is only with heat

If you are still having the issue, then you should talk to EA support. There is nothing much more that I can recommend.EA Help
