Cutscenes are laging!
Cutscenes are lagging on powerful hardware! The game is running smooth and fast in 4k with max settings.

i had the same Problem on PC in 4k, racing was fine but until cut scene i had 5FPS ->
workaround:
Use 1920x1080 res. and set resolution scaling to 190% or 180% and the Bug will be gone
