Decal editor improvement in the next NFS game

So, in the next NFS game, this is our wish list/suggestion for improving the decal wrap editor in the next NFS game. Other racing games have good decal editors, such as The Crew 2 and Forza Horizon 4 and 5. NFS Heat seems too simple. I'm sure not a lot of players asked about it or reported it as a problem. But it seems like a problem to me. Or, it may actually seem like a problem also to others, but they just didn't report/tell about the decal editor problems since they probably didn't have time to tell about it here in Answers HQ or on Reddit or any other social media platform.

But here are certain problems about the decal editor in the game, which needs to be improved in the next game. Also, I can't say everything as it may go too complex, but I'll still tell about it.

1. Can't paint other parts of the car (spoilers and splitters)

You can't paint spoilers or splitters on any car in the game. How come you can paint side skirts tho? Also, the Volkswagen Golf GTI MkI's Forge front splitter is the only splitter from that vehicle to be painted in the game. Other splitters, especially the 240Z's Liberty Walk splitter, the Subaru BRZ's Rocket Bunny splitter, could not be painted. Also, any kind of spoilers on all cars cannot be painted.

2. Decal coating (not sure what's the actual name, but this is an important example)

Decal coating is only non-metallic and metallic, which you can change it's glossiness. There is no chrome, carbon, and fine metalflake coat.

3. Decal vinyl limit

Decals are limited only up to 300 each. Why 300, how come in Forza Horizon 4 and 5, the decals are limited up to 3,000? In NFS Heat, it's too small, which is why most players can't design detailed wraps and anime/itasha wraps in the game. Well, it may be understandable to reduce lag, but to reduce lag, why not make the decal limit fair enough, probably up to 500 or 1,000? Forza in the other hand, why their decal limit is higher, up to 3,000, it's because their map is actually bigger. NFS Heat has a smaller map, but why not a 500 or 1,000 decal limit? I'm sure it will still fit, and not make online play lag.

4. Grouping decal layers

In NFS Heat, a decal is a decal. You can only add a single one. You can't layer big chunks by groups. Unlike The Crew 2, which you actually can group decals together to make it one. Here's and example:

BMW i8 Genshin Impact Klee Itasha : r/The_Crew

As you can see, someone who posted this on Reddit is making a Klee (Genshin character) anime/itasha wrap on a BMW i8 in The Crew 2. You can see the rest of the decals (eyes, mouth, fringe of the hair, blush, etc.) are grouped to form one decal. You still can see numbers on it, meaning how many decals layers we're used, which you can move it around without taking one single decal out to move around or resize. Decals there that are single are the text decals (K, D, and H).

*The red underline shows the number of decal layers used as a group. The exempted decals (single decals, not grouped) are the text decals (K, D, and H).

So, what I actually mean here is that you have to move or resize every single decal instead of making a group to move and resize it when making a cool detailed car wrap.

Anyways, that's how the decal editor be improved in Need For Speed 2022. We hope we won't get tricked again. NFS Heat beta was good at the start of the game, not talking about the wrap editor, but everything about the game, such as license plates, stunning day and blue night sky, accurate engine sounds, and etc. The game later on was changed when released. Actually, the gamers who tried beta at the first place might've not thought of better suggestions for the game before release, so Ghost Games thought differently, until people complained about missing content, not good U.I., and inaccurate engine sounds, which they later on make forums to fix them. Well, that's their fault (for those who tried beta and played the game at release) since they didn't tell if the content it good or not. So, it's not always EA's fault for that. But I'm not sure. I can't judge anyone. That's just my theory if it was the players, or EA.

But all we want for the next NFS game is this type of improvement for the decal editor.
