Deleting save game on steam deck.

I have Need For Speed Hot Pursuit: Remastered installed on a steam deck and I want to delete my save to start my career progress over again. However when I go to the games install folder in desktop mode I cannot find the save file/folder. Where is the save file located and is there anything else I need to do to reset my progress?
