Deluxe DLC Bundle

Started to use the Delux DLC bundle, played for 1/2 hour or so, beat the first extra most wanted car and was working on the second when a message came up stating that the game had stopped working. Closed down the game and pc, rebooted and reloaded the game. Now the content that was previously locked, and then unlocked.by buying the Delux DLC Bundle is now locked again. Shutting down and rebooting is the same result  - so what's going on??????
