DELUXE EDITION ISSUE & MISSING PARTS

    I bought the Deluxe Editon of Need For Speed and I downloaded the added content like your supposed to. I had the BMW that you get with this edition in my garage. I chose to start with the Subaru BRZ Premium. I found all the extra free parts around the map. But now every time I start up the game my BRZ gets reset back to stock and the BMW disappears from my garage and I would have to rebuild my car. I would have to go back into my parts inventory and select all the parts I chose For the BRZ before and rebuild the car. Same thing goes for the BMW.

     Now I bought a Subaru Impreza WRX STI, the Lancer Evolution and the 1973 Porsche you get during story I'm assuming. I built both the WRX and the Lancer. Now when I go to play the game the BMW is gone again but this time I can't even buy it again for $0 like I'm supposed to be able to since I have the Deluxe Edition and I don't have my 10% off anymore. My BRZ gets reset to stock again but now I can not access my parts inventory because it's greyed out. So basically I lost the 15 or so parts I had. But for some reason my WRX, Lancer, and Porsche are perfectly fine and still tuned and built like I had them when I  turned the game off.

    So I don't know if this is a glitch with the Deluxe Editon or what because its just the cars I started out the game with that are getting reset (Subaru BRZ Premium & BMW from Deluxe Edition). I don't know what to do to get my stuff back because this is getting real annoying to keep having to rebuild my BRZ and now i can't even get it back to how it was built before because of my parts missing now. I'm gonna sell the game if this doesn't get fixed. I payed for the Deluxe Edition and don't get to access the content that comes with it.

    everything is fixed now. I logged on the other day and everything was there.

    Please take a look at this thread for pre-order and deluxe content:

    As for the issue with stuff resetting, it might be caused by connection issues as I have seen that happen before. Please make sure you check all steps from our troubleshooting guide:

    Report back to me if that solves your issue or if you have further questions. Should you still run into further issues, I can get this investigated.

    I've already been sent to those links already from EA Support and it does nothing to solve my problem. I downloaded everything that is needed. It's not like I never had the content to begin with. Everything work fine the first couple days playing the game. I had the BMW in my garage, I tuned it and all. It's the fact now that the game isn't recognizing that I have the Deluxe Edition so I don't get the 10% off like I should be and all my parts are gone. I can not access the parts I found or unlocked at all. The only cars that are getting reset are the 2 cars I started out with which were the Subaru BRZ Premium and the BMW M3 E46. How is it my system is at fault when in order to play the game you have to log onto the Need For Speed Network? The only 2 options I have now are either restarting the game over from the beginning or sell the game.

    @edstewart23,

    Are you sure you tried these steps:

    • Select [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate]
    • Select [PlayStation™Network/Account Management] > [Restore Licenses]
    • Reboot your console

    The above steps are aimed at solving the exact issue you are experiencing. If that does not help, I will have to raise this issue for you to have it investigated further.

    Yes I have set this as my primary PS4, the license was restored and I've rebooted my PS4 and router multiple times.

    I understand this is an old thread but this is happening to me as well. I have tried all of the steps recommended above to no avail. Anything else i can try to get this resolved? Any help is appreciated.
