[Derelict]Unlock Issue: i dun quite get it?

Chevy Belle air: Do the BLUE??? Runner (Drag???) Missions. I am in episode 3, i do have these nice drag icons, but these are blue COP icons, and these are not quite about Drag queen... erm, races.....

    Indeed, there is no superbuild for the runner class. The thinking is that the runner is supposed to be discreet/unnoticed.

Does one need to do the missions to unlock the derelicts?

    You need to find the derelicts. Once you find them all, you can buy them like normal cars.

    However in order to get the locations of all the derelicts you need to defeat some leagues, so yeah you do need to reach a certain point in the story to "unlock" them.
