did not get verification code when loggin in game

i'm having trouble logging in via my gmail verification code in the game need for speed heat. initially, it went smoothly and i could play every day. after a while, i had a problem where i couldn't log in. how do i get a gmail verification code even though my gmail is not having any problems please help me friend
