Digital Deluxe - Multiple users on the same console get all content?

I'd like to buy this game for my son digitally for Christmas.  If I buy the deluxe edition on my account will he get all of Deluxe edition content also?  We game on the same console.  If the answer is no, I'll just buy the regular edition.
