Direct X Error Device Hung

When I try to play Need for Speed Heat I get a Direct X error and I have tried updating my graphics card drivers but it didn't fix the problem. Every other game I have played lately has worked fine ...

Please complete a clean installation of your latest driver and ensure that all Windows updates are installed. If that doesn't work, please try the previous drivers. You can follow this article on our website.
