disappearing roads and car falling thru map

hi, so when I drive a car with over 250 km/h, the road is not appearing any more and I start falling thru map, and than the car is resetting

it happens in free roam and races

I read that this problem was on ps4 too, but there was no fix

hope you guys can fix this problem because is very annoying

    Hello, so I've upgraded my rig and now it has 24 GB ram memory

    I played nfs last night for 2 and a half hours and did not get any error or problem

    When I had 8gb ram memory, with the game minimised, if I started task manager it said that over 80% of memory is used (WITH THE GAME RUNNING), so maybe that was the problem

    now with 24 gb of memory, it's using 24% of memory in task manager!

    I think that was the problem for me, and this is the solution!

    Im coming back to NFS 2015 after a while

    Im doing this time attack race using magnus walker car. The Macdermids Mile event, i cant win the event because the road keeps dissappear

    I have enough laptop spec to run the game

    spec :

    i5 6200u 2.3ghz

    940mx 2gb 

    8gb ram

    i already try to clean boot and defragmented my disk but it didnt help

    please help

    I'm playing on Win10 and checked the "Win 7 compatibility mode" on and works just fine for me now. The whole games seems to work more smooth now. Thanks for the tip! 🙂
