DLC for Need for speed most wanted U for Wii U

Hello IM asking for why Need for speed Most Wanted U for WII U does Not have DLC because I always wanted the BMW M3 GTR on my Game because I have the first Most wanted game (2005) for gamecube please add DLC for WII U. Thank you for reading this in advanced
