DLC Loaded garage PS3

I wanted to know why the playstation version of the dlc doesn't include the ultimate racer pack and if it is going to be included soon.What stuff i'm getting if i purchase the loaded garage dlc? Than...

yup its only ps3 and ps4 that got ripped off.
