Dodge Charger SRT8

Hey I was wondering if the devs can make the Dodge Charger SRT8 a drivable vehicle instead of just a cop car. The vehicle itself is very detailed and I've seen people on YouTube using mods to drive the Charger.  I really like Dodge Chargers and I think it would be cool if you could drive one in NFS Payback,
