Download the game in a new device

In your old device, go to game settings/options and click on Data Management. There you can upload current data to the cloud. Then install the game to the new device, login to Google play, and in Data Management, choose Download data. That should restore your current progress.
If you do not have access to the old device anymore, you can still try the second part, as the game is sometimes saved automatically. But you may lose small part of your progress that way.

It seems it was not possible at that time, which may have changed, though I doubt it - as there is no way to actually link those two profiles together. You may still try to contact support (FireMonkeys).
