It seems it was not possible at that time, which may have changed, though I doubt it - as there is no way to actually link those two profiles together. You may still try to contact support (FireMonkeys).
Thank you for your reply! I searched where you told me and it says for social networks. In game i haven't seen something for logging in. Do you know anything about that?
@PanosAraba You'll have to log in to Game Center for Apple mobile devices or Google Plus for Android. Are you logged in for either mobile devices?

@PanosAraba Just to clarify this, you want to transfer from Apple mobile device to Android mobile device?
If that is what you want, then it's impossible as Apple's Game Center and Android's Google Plus can't be synced together.
