Duplicate Email Problem

Ok so I love Need For Speed and I got the new game but when I started the game it asked for my email and it said it was a duplicate email. Problem is that the email I put in, is the one I always use ...

    @legendatthefield,

    Are you trying to create a new account? Like you mentioned, please login with the account you already have and it should be fine.

    If that is not your issue, please explain further as I might have misunderstood you. Please note that if you want to do any form of account changes, you will have to contact a Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

Yes I already have an ea account but the game doesn't let me play because I need an account it says. Problem is that I already have an account but it wont let me input it where it says to. If I do it says duplicate email.

It sounds like you are unsure about your correct login information for your EA account. Please contact a Game Advisor as outlined in my previous reply, and they will be able to confirm and check your account details.
