Dynamic Weather

I was on the Wikipedia page for NFS Payback and I saw that page said there would be dynamic weather. Now, I thought that was not going to happen and that it would stay dry all of the time. Did I miss ...

we need dynamic weather cycles

we are not robots.

we need rain all that cool stuff we are alive 

come on guys i cant imagine a game without this jumping into a game and everything looking the same all the time... come on guys... we don't want to just buy this game and stop playing in a month cause our human minds just find the game boring..for some reason..

we want to feel alive come on guys idk how this is even acceptable im a huge fan so i'm mad worried idk if can take this guys..come on.. please.. who comes up with this stuff 

'oh lets not have dynamic weather lets just have the same weather all the time no clouds no rain just sun and night wow..' next gen? 2017? whats going on.. we are moving backwards? oh no we cant support dynamic weather lets not put it in...

    In Las Vegas almost never rains.

    There is no dynamic weather in Need For Speed Payback and i am pretty sure we are not going to see this feature being added down the road with a DLC of some sorts.

    There is night and day cycle though.. Sorry..
