ea account for nfs payback

I made a ea account for the new need for speed payback but when I want play online it will say unable to login

Guys i need some help. Need assistance on finding my account activation code can't find it in email. It's a PC version of the game and on top of that i have to recover my secret answer although i feel like i really know it...

Once you get your Security Question reset, you should be able to log in to Origin and play.

If you have forgotten your security question/answer, we need you to contact an Advisor for help with resetting that.
