EA Account: Need for Speed

I just bought Need For Speed 2015 for my XBox ONES

I load the disc and it asks for my EA account.

I put in my email address but it won’t load beyond there.

The email address is the one linked to the EA account I created.

Link it by going to connections in your account settings.
If that does not work then contact EA.
