Earn VIP points?

I am a little confused on how the VIP points systems works, seeing as it states "earn", but seems to be no in-game mechanics for earning VIP points; only through purchasing... I have not accumulated ...

The only way to earn VIP points is buying gold with REAL MONEY, it's up to you do that.
