Eddie's challenge bug

Eddie's challenges app still awaiting download supposedly even though I'm rep 50+ and still says reach rep 25 none of the races will unlock uninstalled and re-installed game no change this is on Xbox one digital download please fix

    okay, I'll get this written up as a bug, and try to reproduce it.  

    There is no way to force this to progress for you though unfortunately; however you can reset your progress and play through again. 

    Sorry for the issue, and  thank you for reporting it to us.

    Hi,

    Can you check your phone messages and make sure you've read all the ones from Melissa?  this should trigger the app to appear then next to REP on your phone.

    I have already checked the app multiple times I've also gone through all archive msg on phone too it just says waiting for app to download.

    Just to let you know I've already reset once but I won't be again thought I'd get lucky querying here might just be a fault with the digital download thank you though 😯😊

    I also have this problem, any solution? I finished the game, I have level 52 and do not want to reset and start again.

    I also have this bug that keeps eddie's challenge installing. Im on ps4 and Im' lvl 70. I checked all my messages and archives too, please fix it. My id - Lunatiikz_x .. Thanks

    So this clearly never got fixed cuz I’m now having the same problem in 2020. I’m using a disc.
