Error code 00000002

Question

Hello.I tried to play NFS today on my ps4 and i get this message that i need to reset my password but the email where the password was sent to is not being used by me for almost 10 years,and i dont remember the password to that adress,so there is no way for me to log in to that adress and change the password,i tried linking my ps4 account to a new email i use right now,and i did that,but the game is atill trying to send a request to my old email adress.What do i do now?I realy want to play some need for speed.Please help!
