Try to reboot your PC and Test.  Try to reboot your Internet (Modem or Router).

1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC)
3) Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available.).

i am from iran why i can t connect to ea servers with psiphon3 ? please help me i like to play these game onine with another players

Check your Internet Connection (contact with your ISP). Also, if you using internet connection via Wi-Fi, I advise you use physical cable.

Здравствуйте Я всё сделал зарегистрировался но у меня такая проблема что я когда в игру захожу у меня пишет Вот такое сообщение 

Вы Должны быть зарегистрированы в Origin и на серверах EA для получения доступа к сетевым Возможностям игры
