Community Admin@Wolffy420 Can you try starting the game up with another account as a test,and see if that one can log in, or if it sees the same error?
Edit: Hey, there was a recent patch, can you pop out of the game and be sure to check for updates, then try again?
Only the gamertag wolfy420 wont connect another account connected just fine and played online.

A password reset may help on the account in question. If you use the same EA account here that's linked to your console account, you can just reset your password: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/
If you use a gamertag linked to a different EA account or if you're unsure, you can log in with the console login option at help.ea.com and then use the reset option above.Changed the password on ea account and still same error i load up nfs hot pursuit and press start it says connect to autolog and then error pops up says connection failed Cannot connect to the ea servers. I played online fine the first day it came out and i cant play online anymore.

If you swap to an alternative account as a test, can that play? That'll help to find out whether this issue is restricted to your main account or if it's some thing related to your connection.
