Community AdminA password reset may help on the account in question. If you use the same EA account here that's linked to your console account, you can just reset your password: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/

Changed the password on ea account and still same error i load up nfs hot pursuit and press start it says connect to autolog and then error pops up says connection failed Cannot connect to the ea servers. See ea.com/unable-to.connect for additional help. Error code: 2d0001
I played online fine the first day it came out and i cant play online anymore.

If you swap to an alternative account as a test, can that play? That'll help to find out whether this issue is restricted to your main account or if it's some thing related to your connection.
