Error code b0001

I can't connect my ea accountants with my Xbox live account ,it keeps seeing b0001.

Any help

I just bought the NFS most wanted for the xbox 360. I get to the press start screen and then the very next screen I get a loading screen that says, "The email address or password you entered is incorrect." So I hit continue or back and it just keeps looping me back to the same screen saying this. Any ideas anyone??

In this message  it sounds like it is an issue with your Origin account.

Just like eabarry  we suggest contacting a game advisor for the moment so they can investigate further.

In the meantime I will also report this error code to the team.

As an EA Community Manager you should be ashamed of yourself for lying. It is not an Origin account issue. It is a well know crappy coding error that your development team has not been able to fix since it's October release. EA sold an online game that cannot be played online. Own your mistakes, and for fracks sake, fix it.

I just acquired Need for Speed Most Wanted for PS3 and I am experiencing the same issue. I'll contact a game advisor.

By the way, you should be aware - the link to the playstation knowledge center for the 'workaround' leads to an error message saying the anser is no longer available.

You should fix that, because there are few things in this world more frustrating and infuriating than being told to go someplace to find an answer to your problem and being confronted with an error message.

You still haven't removed, replaced, or fixed that dead link to a workaround.

This is still a problem...
