Error Code DR1002 after backend maintenance

I’ve been unable to get online since the backend maintenance on 11/8/2022. The loading bar loads a quarter of the way and then I get an error saying I’ve disconnected from the session, with error code DR1002.

im on PS5. I’ve done ALL basic connection troubleshooting steps; tried wired/wireless connections, my NAT is open at Type 2, tried reinstalling, nothing worked. Every single other online function in Heat works (my crew, challenges, etc.), but I just can’t get online with others. I have no earthly idea why this isn’t working and after searching previous topics online I’ve found no definitive answer even after three years of random users having this issue. I need help!
