Summarize your bug Kicking me before I reach 25% on the loading screen then it takes five mins before it recognize my account
What car were you using? 911 RSR
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? Sonic
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start by looking into your last update because that's when this started for me
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicking me before I reach 25% into the loading screen then it will take five minutes to recognize my account
What do you expect to see? A phone number that does NOT reroute me back to the website when all I want at this point is my money back
Please fix your game or give me my money back

i bought alot of cars come offline then i have come on need for speed today and can no longer load online with error code DR1005 If it is due to having to many cars i really dont want to sell my vehicles as i am a collecter
I basically have all the cars (130) and it happened when I got kicked out of my last session. And now it is constantly happening.
I now have 100 cars and it only let's me into an online game if I restart the app and go straight into one. After that, I cant join a friend or anything otherwise it'll give me the error. Please fix this EA. It is very frustrating when I have a hard time trying to play with my friends.
I spoke with EA on this error code as well. I can join the first online game and then when I have to switch servers it gives me the error code DR1005. Now since I’ve just spoke with them now it’s giving me an error code DR1002 and can’t get online at all. So frustrating but they said this is a new code and are working on getting it resolved. Informed me to keep an eye on this thread for a response on the fix. No timeline on when that will be but hopefully very soon.
Puede que se deba a haber comprado muchos autos?

If EA's letting people have unlimited cars (or near unlimited) having just one of every car shouldn't cause technical issues preventing access like this- @speedracer523 100% True, that's what I said to my friend when it started happening.
I bought no cars an have the same problem.
