Summarize your bug Ever since Saturday, December 21 2019, I have been locked out of multiplayer. If I try to join a server, after a couple minutes of loading it says: DISCONNECTED FROM SESSION You have been kicked from the session. Error Code: DR1005 I haven't been able to access online servers and it's really frustrating. I haven't been able to play with friends on NFS Heat because of it. Is there a way to fix this, or will it be fixed in a future update? Please, sometime soon.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not exactly sure as I don't even know how it's happening to me and what could possibly cause or recreate this. It just happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm not able to join into multiplayer servers.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to join into multiplayer servers, something that shouldn't be a problem to an Xbox Live Gold user.
I hope to get this fixed soon. It's only been two days and I miss multiplayer in this game already.
Y'all, check the amount of wraps you guys have. Make sure you have under 70 wraps. Not sure on the amount of cars you can have, but for sure check the amount of wraps you have saved. Was having this issue, cleared up a bunch of wraps that were not being used, since I hit the limit of wraps in game. When I cleared it up, I saved the game and returned to lobby. Tried online and it connected. So again keep your wraps under 70 wraps(so, somewhere in the 60s). There seems to be a limit for the servers.
I'm now under 70 paints and under 100 cars and can go online. Thank you.
- @420speedwagon So this issue is because of wraps? I'll have to check it out and see for myself.
- @NewInfoo Check cars and wraps. I got the error again last night after getting offline. But seems you gotta keep trying to go online, if anything. But it seems like a server side issue that needs to be fixed
I have less then 30 wraps (I don't think it has ever let me make more then that, and all are being used, no spares) but 139 cars fully customized body kits and fully upgraded most expensive engines and have been locked out still for weeks.
I can still play on my secondary Xbox account, which I just got frustrated and took 5 days to complete game 100% a second time so I can play online with my Crew members. If your told its your Xbox LIVE account, router, Xbox, internet or anything else I don't believe them and I think they are just told to give random "fixes" to preoccupy people while they actually don't know the issue yet, or how to fix it...
Please address this in the next patch EA ☹️ I love the game but this is making me never wanna buy EA games again no matter how good they are...
