Y'all, check the amount of wraps you guys have. Make sure you have under 70 wraps. Not sure on the amount of cars you can have, but for sure check the amount of wraps you have saved. Was having this issue, cleared up a bunch of wraps that were not being used, since I hit the limit of wraps in game. When I cleared it up, I saved the game and returned to lobby. Tried online and it connected. So again keep your wraps under 70 wraps(so, somewhere in the 60s). There seems to be a limit for the servers.
I have less then 30 wraps (I don't think it has ever let me make more then that, and all are being used, no spares) but 139 cars fully customized body kits and fully upgraded most expensive engines and have been locked out still for weeks.
I can still play on my secondary Xbox account, which I just got frustrated and took 5 days to complete game 100% a second time so I can play online with my Crew members. If your told its your Xbox LIVE account, router, Xbox, internet or anything else I don't believe them and I think they are just told to give random "fixes" to preoccupy people while they actually don't know the issue yet, or how to fix it...
Please address this in the next patch EA ☹️ I love the game but this is making me never wanna buy EA games again no matter how good they are...
