@ShineGamer12 Hi there,
That looks as if your system only recognized the on-board graphic chip from Intel, but not any dedicated graphic cards (if your system has any).
Can you post a DxDiag of your system? Instructions are available below:1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3. Type dxdiag in the text field
4. Click OK
5. If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG (see screenshot below)
6. If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available
7. Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
8. Save this text file to your Desktop if possible
9. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
10. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) and click Save on the webpage (Ctrl+S).
11. Copy the link of the page in your post, along with a precise description of your issue.Cheers,
Nils

@ShineGamer12 Hi there,
From what I could find out about your system, the graphic chip included is unfortunately not sufficient to run the game, based upon the minimum system requirements: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/buy/nfs-rivals-2014-/pc-download/base-game/complete-edition
SpoilerOS: Windows Vista SP2 32-bit (with KB971512 platform update)
Processor (AMD): Athlon X2 2.8 GHz
Processor (Intel): Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz
Memory: 4 GB
Hard Drive: 30 GB
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon 3870
Graphics card (NVIDIA): Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT
Graphics memory: 512 MBYour DxDiag shows a Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i3), based upon your CPU this is also referred to as Intel HD (Westmere), the first generation of the Intel HD Graphics chips.
That said, I would suggest that you update the drivers none the less, it never hurts to try and a game might still run (albeit likely unsatisfactory).
You can find drivers for your graphics chip here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
They might also show up as optional downloads for Windows Update, you can configure those as explained here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ie/windows-10/getstarted-choose-how-updates-are-installed
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Nils

The GPU in the provided screenshot, HD 2600 Pro, doesn't actually properly support new DirectX versions, so that doesn't seem to be related to this problem.

You have the following card:
Card name: AMD 760G (Microsoft Corporation WDDM 1.1)
This sadly also won't be able to run Rivals.
