There are only four garages. the dialogue you hear in freeroam is often repeated although i have not heard any dialogue about garages after i had purchased all four. i don't think there will be any new garages since the garage is unlimited once you have all four
I have all four as well and have had repeated dialogue. I have not heard this one before however, so i tought: maybe an update. I haven't found any new garages though. It is true that we already have unlimited cars but it might be in a nice location ti fast-travel to or give some sort of reward/achievement?
