1. Try repairing your game using the EA App. Go to the library and click on the tile dots, then select 'Repair'.
2. Clear the cache of the EA App. Navigate to the top left menu, select 'Help', and then 'App Recovery'. More information can be found here.
3. See if there are any other applications that might be hindering the performance of the EA App or your game. More details can be found at this link
4. Close any other applications that are currently running on your device.
5. Run the System File Checker tool to repair any missing or corrupted system files. After this, check for any updates for Windows and your GPU.
