I definitely agree to the points about:
If you fail a race, not being able to restart it at that moment. The game makes you drive all the way back to the marker, and that can be a 2-3 minute trek each time. It's extremely frustrating and time consuming.
Along the same point, having a menu to challenge other online racers. Driving 5 minutes across the map only to be declined by another racer because they just want to do missions by themselves is a waste of time.

Decals get white borders around them if you use passed a certain number. I can't complete my look with random white borders around them

Right, so the wheels, amazing selection. Though I must say, I choose wheels I don't want just so they are wide enough! I love how you can size the wheels, but take my RB FR-S for example, I have TE37s fitted, they are 18 inchers, look great. Then you go over a jump, and you realize they are like 18x8s! It would be nice if we could thicken the wheels.
Now Imagine this for a solution, just as you have subsections in the existing wheel options (Rims/Tires, then opens submenues), there could be two selections under the "Change Size" option. Maybe when you open said options, there is now two options (Rim Size/Rim Depth)! That would be Perfect for our stance, guys! Awesome work, keep it up.
