Man!! Hope you can solve your problem, I had a opened ticket for almost 3 months and at the end they solve my problem, but that's true, FM is taking ages to solve the problems and the support team is always busy. Seems like is only one guy doing it, I submitted 4 tickets and always was the same guy answering and in another post another players said the same guy answered to them, so I believe FM is taking ages to solve the problems because their team doesn't have enough people.

Well after waiting 2 weeks I have now sent EA a letter informing them if I don't have the matter resolved in 48 hours I will commence a claim through the courts to recover my payment. Enough is enough.
