Flashing (disappearing) reflections

Not sure if this has been asked before but here's it. I got an RTX2070SUPER GPU and reflecting textures are flashing. Like reflections are turning off and on again. It's hard to imagine so here's a v...

@Paradox_2035 You should report it as a bug in the Bugs forum with your detailed system specs.
