flickering Reflections/lights

Well, I just wanted to know if the game was working correctly or if there was some bug.
To be clear, the problem is how the ambient lights constantly flash in the video while the car is on the street.
In the video that the car is in the garage while I turn the camera, you can see how the reflections flicker, mostly in the headlights, the side of the car and the rear, perhaps it is not so noticeable because of the paint
