Hello Q_Abod2​,

It's in almost every Need for Speed game, but it's reserved for the police. I believe that's a deliberate design choice, having a Crown Vic as a playable car would ruin the immersion for me. Anything is possible for the new NFS game, but adding it to previous titles isn't likely since their development has already ended.
