FPS dropping on a good PC

    Your system will run the game on low or medium, but since it's not greatly above the minimum requirements I cannot guarantee that you won't see any fps drops. 

    As mentioned, clean boot, turning off Origin in-game and making sure the aforementioned ASUS apps are turned off (if applicable) should increase your performance. The rest of your dxdiag looks normal so I don't really have any further suggestions.

I have tried the above options and it does appear to gets a little bit better. But the lag still appears very much and once I increase the graphic (from low to med) the lag I had when I was using low would appear just like how it always was again. Is there any other way?? Or maybe there's  away I can lock my game's frame rate at 30 FPS?

    Try to run in windowed Mode alt + enter wait until reaches the menu then alt enter again to enter fullscreen and see how it runs but you can not change graphics settings or you getting fps drops again . For me it was the only way on a gtx 660 ti

    Try this,maybe helps 🤔

    Go in Origin / My Games tab - right click on game icon- select Game Properties... and in Command Line Arguments -type

    ,,   -MaxSimFps 30 -ForceSimRate 30  '' without quote
