Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps

working on the settings I managed to get 60 fps in every situation .... the problem is the stuttering that occurs randomly (drops from 60fps to 59 and then back to 60, creating stuttering)
spec:
MB - Sabertooth Z77
CPU - i5 3570K
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 670 OC
RAM - Corsair Dominator Platinum 4x2gb 1866

I too have this problem. It's really annoying and it's always the same parts that stutters. In the city it's stuttering down to 20-30 fps while driving in the mountains runs flawlessly. This is on 1920x1080 with the maximum settings available in game.

- So it seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. We all have the recommended specs or higher and we are experiencing stuttering in populated areas where the frame rate in some cases will cut in half. Some people get a steady 60FPS though and I'm curious why some people have stable frame rate and others are experiencing drops that make it hard to play. Thank you EA for reading into this situation and I'm hoping this gets addresses in a future patch.
-loyal NFS fan you've hit it on the nose. The game is not properly utilzing hardware and the framerate is poor even with lowered settings.
