Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

Same problem. FPS are dropping in certain scenes. Especially in the scenes where he has smokes. An urgent update!
My PC:
core i5 2500
GTX 560
8gb ram ddr 1333
1080p video
