Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps

Same issue here (like all player in the world... even journalist)
My config :
- Windows 7 64 Bit.
- Intel I5 2500K
- SLI : MSI 660-Ti Power Edition
- 8 Go DDR-3
- 850 Watts
Note one thing, the performance are exactly the same if i play in 1080p/all seeting in max or if i play in 720p all seeting in low. Nothing change. 60 FPS drop frequently to 40-45 FPS with no apparently reason. Rumour talking about [CPU thread limited poor optimisation] because all our CPU are not use in 100%. Mine for exemple, use only 2 Thread when the game run, and max using up to only 45% !
REALLY UNPLAYABLE.
