Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

I am having the same issue's and am running the recommended specs.

I can get it to run at 60fps if I downgrade the settings but it is constantly stuttering regardless of settings.

Intel Core i7 920-DO @ 4Ghz

nVIDIA GTX 670 2GB

6GB RAM

OCZ Vertex 2 120GB SSD

Win 7 Pro 64-bit
