Maybe no longer necessary, but here's my DxDiag anyway:
I hope it helps.
My Radeon 5770 isn't the fastest these days, but in combination with my Core i5 2500 I'm able to run most games pretty well on 1680 x 1050 pixels.
The settings that the game installation picked for me (most medium to high) kept the fps at a pretty steady 30, but never above - I actually thought it had been capped at 30 fps like NFS The Run was, before the patch.
Occasionally it would drop in the low 20s, usually when day turned to night and the lights would go on in the city. Setting 'shadows' from high to medium helped here.
It wasn't until I read the Neogaf thread about NFS MW, that I started to experiment with dialing back more settings, and to my surprise, fps would actually jump to 50 or even 60 on the open road, but unfortunately as soon as I'd turn a corner it immediately dropped to 30 again. As a result the framerate would constantly jump back and forth every few seconds (I'm talking literally 60 to 30 to 60 again in a few seconds) depending on your direction or the lighting conditions, giving a very 'stuttering' effect.
In the end, the lower, but more steady fps from the very beginning at least made for a less distracting experience.
