I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps

I have winodws 7 64-bit with 8gb of ram......if you turn all the graphics settings on low the frames per min will go up to around 60....plus go to task manager and set the priority to above normal or High...
